Question Strong Enough Box for Ceiling Fan Install?

Hi all! I'm looking to install a 26 pound ceiling fan and am trying to figure out whether I need to have a new ceiling box installed. The construction is from the early 2000s and the existing j-box doesn't have any markings. Normally, I'd assume it needs to be replaced or reinforced. However, the ceilings are concrete and the j-box is firmly attached directly to the ceiling. Welcome any thoughts, and thank you in advance!

Ben

Welcome to the forums.

No... that's not a fan rated box.
You may have a problem. It looks like two self drilling hex head screws were used to attach the box.
That would suggest metal studs or hat track metal mounting track on a poured concrete ceiling.

I would remove the two screws, drop the box and assess the mounting.

Easy enough to change the box but it needs a solid mounting surface.
Fan rated pancake box.....
