Dimmer compatibility

I have installed Utilitech 1500765 recessed lighting, 6ct. 14w LED dimmer compatible lights. Only one power source. Salesperson directed me to purchase Lutron TG-600pnl dimmer to work with it. I do not think they are compatible. How to I find out what dimmers are compatible with my lights? Why do I think they are not compatible? Sometimes only 5 lights come on. Brightness is not 100% at top and lights go out when dimmer is 90% and below.
Thanks for any help.

The install manual lists these dimmers:

This item is dimmable down to 10% with most dimmers. Use with dimmers listed: LUTRON DVCL-153P-WH, LUTRON MACL-153MLH-WH,
LEGRAND RHCL453PTCCCV6, LEGRAND RHCL703PTCCCV4, LUTRON DV-600P-WH, LUTRON MSCL-0P153MH, LUTRON MSCL-VP153MH,
EATON SAL06P3.

The rep recommended an incandescent dimmer. That is certainly wrong.

My go to dimmer is a Lutron MACL series. Works with all LED lights.
It has electronically settable end limits.
