Bathroom exhaust fan leak issue

Noticed icicles forming on roof where exhaust fan outlet is. Went to attic and found black mold in the area where the bathroom fan is. The exhaust pipe exits to roof six feet to left. Ideas on how to proceed?

It's hard to offer advice since your photo doesn't show anything of your exhaust system.

If the photo is taken from the fan location, why does it exhaust 6 feet (laterally) away?

If the fan is exhausting 6 feet away why was only this one bay darkened with mold/mildew?

Which wire is which in my switch?

I have an existing switch that controls a ceiling fan and light. I would like to move the location of the switch. In the switch there are two Romex coming from the pig-tail. One of the Romex continues the house current and travels on to the next location, the other one controls the ceiling fan. How can I determine which is which?

Pendant fixtures have different levels of brightness

So I installed new pendants today and once all was said and done, I turned on the lights and one was brighter than the other. I thought that maybe it was the bulb, so I switched out the bulb and then the brightness level switched from one pendant to the other so it's not the bulb. Any idea what would cause this? Thanks in advance!
