Harbor Breeze fan light switch replacement re-assy problem

HB 52", 5 blade, 4 incandescent light, model #EF2123GP. I replaced the failed light switch which required disassembling much of the light wiring. I got it wired correctly with working fan and lights, but two problems remain:
1) I have (1) extra cone shaped piece and don't remember where it goes
2) The bottom part of the switch assy doesn't tighten enough to fit tightly to the upper housing and spacer
See the

Missing cone shaped piece goes where?

The mysterious cone shaped pie

I couldn't locate a manual, which I don't expect would show me an assembly drawing. Having a full assy drawing from the blades down would answer my questions.
Can I get the full assy drawing somehow?
Regards,
Williamdor

Which switch did you replace? Was it the lower one? If so, how far did you disassemble the fan?

Have you contacted Harbor Breeze or checked their website to look for your model fan or ask for the manual? It may be available online. You can try searching with your model number. Or, just look for similar fans to give you a clue.

My guess is that the mystery cone goes on the very bottom.

That nut definitely goes on the bottom because it's a trim nut with a hole in it for the chain.
Typically that bevel piece would be on the bottom too.
