Engine Running Problem

99 force 40
hi i have a 99 force 40 horsepower that im having some problems with, it usually starts out running fine but after running for maybe 10 minutes it starts missing erraticly much like it is losing a cylinder and then getting it back and eventually it just dies will usually start right back up within a few seconds and seems to idle pretty decent but starts missing and bogging when you try to accelerate i dont think it is fuel related as it makes no difference when you try pumping the bulb and usually just runs worse when you push in on the choke for a second, i have just put in a fuel pump kit as i thought that it might of ben fuel related but now after looking at it a little more i think its electrical, any ideas on what might be the problem, could it be a coil/module going bad?

Bare with me here, I'm thinking through the diagnostic possibilities out loud and attempting to put them into words. Not always an easy task nor a brief method to do so. However, your detailed problem description does make it much easier. Thanks.
If there are two coils, each firing two cyclinders but only one cyclinder dropping out, all other issues aside, try replacing the plugs and wires.
Reasoning logic here is, there is a good possiblity you're correct thinking the problem is ignition related. The easiest, least expensive and best method to attempt to correct the problem, without using diagnostics equipment, is to replace the plugs and ignition wires to the plugs.
If the resistence value of one wire is to high when heated by current flow through it, a plug can drop out. Same basic rule can apply to a spark plug.
Based on the description of how the engine runs with the choke position and than what happens when the primer bulb is pushed, the causes can be related to poor spark at the spark plug/plugs.
