would like to locate a manual for a 1971 Winner, Eliminator Outboard Boat. Needs extensive work. Can any one help

Most likely a difficult task locating such a manual of that vintage. Best places may be the local boat repair yards and harbor boat repair facilities. Doubt there would be any manuals to be found online nor at any bookstores.

Try calling the boat manufacturer directly, if not done so already. They may have archived back issues on CD's or in print. Might also try getting specific manuals for the seperate areas in need of repairs. Generic engine, hull and electrical service and repair manuals.
