fresh water and salt water motor?
I am considering a 2hp Honda motor for my 13' canoe - can this be used in salt water as well as fresh? thanks

Hello Nick G. Welcome to our Boats, Sailing, Pwc's & Navaigations topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
Certainly can. Small dingys using them in salt water. That is the air cooled model, there is no liquid cooling system. Thus, no flushing with fresh water needed. Rinse off the salt water when done using it and that is all.
