HELP!!! Can't start hot motor

Have an older 100 HP chrysler, starts up and runs great when it's cold, can run it through as many tanks of gas as I want. But don't shut it off!!! It won't restart until it's cold. Any Ideas would be helpfull.

Hello frenchquarters. Welcome to the Boating, Sailing, PWC, GPS, & Navigation topic.

Cold engines are usually easier to start when the carbs allow too much fuel to enter the cyclinders. Cold engines need either more fuel or less air to fuel ratios to start. Chances are the carbs need cleaning, new carb kits etc. Same or similar condition as described in this thread:
