white foam in carb

3.0 mercruiser IO white foam water oil mix in carb but no sign of water in oil. What gives?

just gas the white foam is oil and water mix

not sure about yours but on most car engines theres a breather tube from the valve cover(pcv vent line) these sometimes put oily foam into the air cleaners.
If theres a positive crankcase ventilation (pcv) valve somewhere change it and see what happens
