Penta Parts?

Hello. I am trying to find a 4cyl Penta shortblock for a project. Specifically, an AQ151, 171, 250 or 251. I'm mostly interested in the crankshaft.

I am a little unsure of the best places to look for parts like this. Are there good salvage yards I could inquire with?

Any ideas, or crankshafts, will be welcome Thanks!

Hello James. Welcome to the Boats, Sailing, Pwc's & Navaigations topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

Most likely and logical place to find the part(s) wnated is boat repair yards in your area or nearby your area. Check the phone books for listings and do a google search using keywords. Boats. Boat Engines. Boat Repair. Boat Services. Boat Dealers. Volvo Penta. Inquire from them by calling.

Regards, Good Luck & Safe Boating.
