Water leak

I have a 2000 Thunder Jet with a 454 engine and a Hamilton jet pump it is leaking water in the bilege not a lot but it is still a concern because it isn't going to get any better. I have looked the best I can and can't find the leak is there some kind of dye I could add to the water system to make it easy to find the leak.? Also the boat has its own fresh water cooling system.

Auto parts stores sell a UV dye for closed cooling systems but I don't think it would work in your situation.

Does it leak when the boat is just in the water not running, running but not moving , or moving?

Is it overheating?
