I cannot get the "fish line cutter" housing or locking nuts off between the two props to change anodes. What is the secret?

If you are trying to remove the props the second prop requires a apecial tool to remove it. You could try to make one by taking a pipe that slides over the propshaft and cutting 3 slits in it to grab the nut.

Another thing you might want if you buy the tool is the adapter for gear lube, that way you can do it yourself. They are cheap and you can get the plastic pumps cheap as well.
