Non-slip floor coating

I need to replace the carpet in my boat and I was thinking about using some type of non-slip epoxy coating instead of continually replacing carpet. Anyone have experience with this or have suggestions on what to use, what to avoid, etc? Thanks for your help.

I have seen some boats with bed liner in them turned out good.

Yeah, you may want to look at Line-X or Rhino...I like the Line-X better, but I think Rhino has the same sort of coatings now. You might be surpriced at the relatively low cost and the stuff sticks great and will flex so it won't crack and peel.

I've had plenty of experience with non-skid (24 yrs Navy) coatings, and the roll on stuff we used was a royal pain.
