I have purchased a bayliner 1997 2855 and a carry on air cond was sitting on the floor can anyone tell me were it goes?

A carry-on AC usually does not install anywhere. It simply sits on the floor and plugs into shore power to cool the cabin. The only space that's available for a factory-installed AC in the Bayliner is in the starboard bulkhead between the vee berth and the galley.
