quietrider i/o - won't go over 10mph
Our criscraft I/O (quite rider motor) was running very well, but then after 10-15 minutes at 25-35mph, it won't go over 10mph. The engine sounds fine, the RPM's remain steady but at full throttle, it won't go over 10mph. Any one have this happen and know what could be the problem?

Welcome to the forum from MN.
There are a couple possibilities.
First check to see if the hub inside the prop is "spun". With the engine off and out of the water try to spin the prop, it should turn in one direction but not the other.
Another possibility is a coupler between the engine and driveshaft, or inside the outdrive is slipping.
What outdrive is it, mercruser, volvo or omc cobra, and what year is it?
