Leak in new Tahoe 195 deck boat

I have a 2010 Tahoe deck boat with minimal hours. Suddenly my boat is taking on water. I thought I may have a crack in the hull but do not see any gouges in the bottom of the boat.

When I launched the boat today and took out the plug at least 6 gallons of water came out! How do I check for leaks in my boat hull? Any other thoughts on where the water is coming in?

Look closely at drive unit bellows and engine cooling hoses. Also make sure the drain plug is seating properly.

While it's on the trailer with the drain plug in, run a garden hose into the bilge and put some water in it to see if it leaks out. Don't fill it. A few gallons is plenty.
