Catamaran electrical power:

My Cat is electically wired for 110v I now need to convert 110v to 220v to power the washing machine-how can I do this?

Welcome to the forums from Africa

It may be easier and a lot less costly to try to get a 110/120v washer.

You can use an autoformer to raise the voltage. I specifically looked for units that could be inverter driven. You'll need to check the power requirements of your washer.

How do you get 110v on your boat? Is it from shore power, generator or inverter?

I believe its been wired for shore power.
