I just bought a used pontoon boat. It appears to have been left outside without a cover on it for some time. 2000 model.

I have several questions about cleaning the boat. 1st and most important. I am not sure what the stain is, it maybe where tree leaves gathered and then sat for a long time forming a stain. I have tried, TSP, Ironout, Citrus cleaner. These stains have gotten into the vinyl. I am not sure what cleaner I sould try. This boat did sit open in Florida near salt water. So, it may not be leaves. Suggestions ?

Next is what should I use to clean the pontoons?

Thanks in advance for you cooperation with this matter.

The seats may be moldy and you can try some of that x14
on them. If that dosen't get it, it may be just too late.
Recovering them may be necessary.
On the pontoons, if bare aluminum, i would leave them alone.
The oxidization is a protective coating. If they are pitted you may need to coat them for protection.
hopefully someone else has another view on this.
