2007 Yamaha F50D outboard

Motor stalls at idling rpm when trolling (fishing) It happens randomly sometimes after 30 min, sometimes after an hour, sometimes not at all. It's lacking fuel. It runs again when I prime it. It never happen when I plain at high rpm. I have an in line water separator installed. Any idea...water separator? Fuel filter? Fuel pump?
Thanks, Danigo

All fixed! It was a small crack in fuel line and it was sucking an air at times. The suggestion came from Yamaha dealer mechanic.
