I am here in a small Marina in Mexico. I plugged in my shore power cable but received no power. The receptable at the pedestal definitely delivers power and when I test with my DMM, i read 117V between W and G at the end of my shore cable to my boat. There is sitting a device at my boats fuse box which shows a red LED. Another green is NOT lighting up. I could not find out what this means. The device is this one: https://www.legrand.fr/pro/catalogue...rouge-1-module
Is the device expecting two hot phases to the ground?

You should not be reading 120 volts between white (neutral) and green (ground). That is an indication that you have an open neutral. Check the shore power receptacle and post back what voltages you get.
I have play in my steering system and it was suggested to get a steering kit. Can I just replace the helm or do I need to replace the cable as well? It original to the boat. Also would like a no feedback system. Thank you
