I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A 15 FOOT STARLINER BOW RIDER. IT HAS A OMC 2.3 ENGINE WITH A COBRA OUTDRIVE. AT MEDIUM SPEED IT WILL LIST TO THE LEFT. I CAN CONTROL IT SOME WITH THE TRIM, BUT IT TAKES CONSTANT TRIMMING. SINCE PURCHASING IT. I HAVE REPLACED AND CORRECTED THE OUTDRIVE TRIM BUSHINGS AND SPACERS. ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT TO CHECK NEXT. ALSO DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE STARLINER BRAND OF BOAT.

Well the prop torque is going to make the boat list to port anyway, You may have to be selective about your weight placement.
It could also be your boat is like mine and has sat on the trailer incorrectly for a long time ( before we bought them of course) and has a hook in one stern area causing it to pitch down on that side.
Check to see how flat the bottom is.
