- Former owner/foreman of House Docs Construction and was a moderator here from about 2004-2007 in the Walls & Ceilings, and a couple of other forums. Took a few yrs off to go to college & grad school and now an aspiring history professor if I can ever get focused & get my thesis finished. Oh & I also got married to a wonderful gal and we bought a former rental house, that we've been busy trying to turn into a home. I'll try to post some pics of our projects here.
I've been side-tracked with politics for the past yr or so, working on Rand Paul's run for President as a Social Media Coordinator for SFR. I was also an active volunteer on John Brunner's run for MO Gov & was a Remote Intern for Kelli Ward's run for US Senate. Sadly John & Kelli lost in the primaries, Rand's looking to be comfortably re-elected to the Senate and I had to get to work.
As I seemed to be aged out of the local job market, I decided it was once again time to make my own job. My sons had been doing light construction for themselves for a while & I am very interested in edging into the social media marketing game as hedge on getting a high paying teaching job. (hint: there aren't any).
So we've got the boys organized now as Extra Hands Handyman Services. I'm wearing the hats for marketing, customer service, estimating & bidding, adviser & sometimes foreman when needed.
