92 Yamaha Seca II

Only running on 3 cylinders, missing the #2 cylinder. Could it be the ignition coil? Or is it a carb problem. Tore it apart today and ohm tested the ignition coil. Seems to be ok compared to other coil, so that leads me to believe it could be the carbs. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

keep looking

there are only 2 coils, right? one of your coils goes to your dead cyclinder and to a working cyclinder. maybe the plug wire, or plug itself is the problem. you haven't ruled out a spark problem yet.
as far as it being a carb problem, personally i don't know of an easy to test with the banks of carbs on the bike. one thing to try is to run the bike then shut it down and pull the #2 plug (don't burn your hand-don't ask me how i know this). if the tip of the plug is wet with fuel, you've got some fuel going into the combustion space.
hope some of this might help
