i have an 86 cr 125 and the clutch doesnt fully disengage. what does this mean. I figured this out by putting it in first, disengaging the clutch and rolling forward. there is resistance, more than in neutral, what does this mean? how can it be fixed. does replacing fork seals require special tools or a mechanic to be done? thanks!

I don't believe the resistance is from the clutch dragging, a way to test this is to pull the clutch lever in while in neutral. If it was indeed hanging, it would get easier to push, some major problems would be in place for this to happen.
