Honda 300 Ex Brakes

My Problem Is That A New Set Of Rear Brake Pads Will Not Last More Than About 3 Outings (or Weekends). I Have Tried Differnt Brands Of Pads With No Luck And My Rear Rotor Does Not Appear To Be Bad,fairly Smooth & No Grooves. Appreciate Any Advise

Mechanical or hydraulic brakes? If mechanical, are they over adjusted whereas they drag even with no brake applied? Is the brake disc warped? Some things to check out!

most brands are the same but the higher grade (more expensive) pads are all that last on my quadzilla, and make sure your park-brake isnt stuck and draging!
