1985 honda brake drum stuck

I am looking for some advise on how to remove the rear brake drum on a 1885 honda 125. I removed the jam nuts and made sure that the brakes were freed up It looks as if the drum should just pull off, but it doesn't.Also the axle is loose so I know I will need a bearing.Does the axle come out of the rear housing as a single unit? Any advise is appreciated!

hi
it frozen with rust
get a good pen ball hammer and tap all around the drum close to the axel
then crab the edge of the drum in on hand and with your other hand tap the side of the drum and pull on it as your tapping

I got the drum off. I ended up breaking it into pieces, then using heat with a 2 foot pinch bar to get it to slide off. Now if anyone can give me advice on how to remove the axle so I can replace the bearings, that would be appreciated.
