lawnmower problems
I have a briggs & stratten 4.0 hors mower that is acting up. When i pull it to start the flywheel seems to turn freely spark plug is good but seem like it's not getting fire and there is no resistance when i pull to start. I pulled the flywheel and didn't see anything please help me out thanksi

Make sure the flywheel key has not been sheered.
The key is a small, square and long piece of metal that goes in the slot cut in the engines crankshaft and the flywheel. It's what makes sure the crank and the flywheel move together. It the engine had a sudden stoppage (mower hitting a big rock, or a strong backfire) it can sheer/break the key.
It is also possible that you broke the connecting rod. Not good news.
