Post Craftsman snowblower elec. start Mod. 536

I spray starting fluid in the carb and it will run. There is gas going into the connection on the bowl but nothing in the carb.
I have 2 screws on the bowl 1 in the center and 1 off to the side. How do I take the bowl off without removing these needle valves so I don't screw up some kind of settings.
The gas is new
Need quick help as another blizzard is moving in.
Thank you

How do you know there's nothing in the carb bowl?

Unscrew the nut in the center of the bowl. The needle screw should come out with it. The bowl should come off now. The problem is usually in the float/float needle assembly. If you have an older model and access to a new float, I would go that route.

When you have it apart, use an aerosol cleaner and blow out the jets.

Before you put the bowl back on, make sure you have good fuel flow through the float needle valve.

Hope this helps,
