Mini Chopper Starter problem

I've got a no-name mini-chopper thats a few years old, and I'm trying to get the electric starter off the engine. Its got a 49cc 2-stroke engine. Does anyone know how these starters come off or any sites that could help me? Thanks for any help.

It would make a difference on the engine. Do you know what make/model it is?

No idea on a make or model, there's no labels or numbers or anything to ID it. I've founds a picture of the starter on a parts website, but it doesn't give enough detail to see how it comes off.

Can you post a picture of what you're working on?

Super Pocket Bikes > X1 Super Pocket Bike > Stock Parts - Part Name: Starter Motor

This is a link to the parts site with a picture of the type of starter I have. I don't know how to post my own picture on here.

See if this link helps:

49CC Engine Parts

You may need a puller to get that thing off the crank end.

I checked out that link and didn't see anything that would be threaded on, so I took your idea of a puller and put two prybars behind it. It popped off with alil force. The crankshaft has a tapered end and a keyway. The starter gets pressed on with the bolt that runs thru it. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
