Arctic Cat 2003 ATV

Recent hunting trip ATV running well first 2 days while parking in the evening in perfect condition. In the morning started vehicle-engine would not accelerate and it killed the engine. By accident I touched the handbrake lever and engine accelerated normally by holding the lever. After driving with handbrake for a while I trurned on steering handle heat and by releasing the handbrake the engine stalled. And then after 2 kms of running I released by turning off electric handle heater engine acclerated to normal. After 2 kms with no heat-okay; when engine cools the problem starts.
Any suggestions?
