Yamaha Zuma won't start

Yamaha Zuma won't start

hi every one I have a Yamaha zuma I tried to clean the carburetor and when tried to put it back it wont start I checked all the lines and problem seems to be fuel wont flow on its own I have suck the vaccum line and every time I do that fuel starts to flow and then stoped I am trying to direct fuel line to carburetor lets see any suggestions >?

Take the fill cap off and see if the fuel will flow than. If does than tank is not vented. Don't know how it is vented.

Did you remove your fuel filter in the process?
If it's an in-line filter, is it possible that you put it backwards?

I believe that model may have a vacuum fuel valve. Check and see if there are two nipples on the petcock. One would be for fuel and the second for a vacuum line. The vacuum pulls open a diaphragm in the petcock to allow fuel to flow.
