Tachometer Recommendation

Can someone recommend an inexpensive tachometer for quickly and reliably measuring engine RPM on a 4-stroke engine? Is this one any good? http://www.ebay.com/itm/STRANDIX-WIR...item3a6a722136

There is really no information about the tach in the listing. Being wireless I'm curious how it operates. I've got an optical one and one that you wrap a wire around a spark plug wire.

Yeah, I found one with an antenna that clamps around the spark plug wire. It is $125 though. I have an old oscilloscope in my basement. Maybe I'll just use that to pick up the signal. I could also probe the output of the CDI box couldn't I?
