Kawasaki fh680d engine getting gasoline in the oil

I have a 2007 bobcat 2200 utility vehicle with a Kawasaki 23 hp engine. The engine is a FH680d - As09. I am getting fuel in the oil and assume the carburetor is the culprit, The way the carburetor is situated looks very unfamiliar to me. I have worked on car and motorcycle engines in the past but this configuration has me uncertain I’d I want to tackle rebuilding the carburetor. Also when I look for parts for the unit all sites ask for the engine number which is AS09-R, however the choices only go to AS08?
Has anyone been in this situation and what did you do? Thanks in advance. Scott

How would gas get into the oil if there weren't a blown gasket or a crack somewhere?

If the carburetor float valve is leaking liquid fuel can dribble into the engine, down into the cylinder and seep past the rings into the oil below.

The OP didn't mention any leaks.

The leak could be inside the carb throat, then down into the combustion chamber. It wouldn't necessarily be noticeable on the outside.

Thank you all. I am new to the forum and not sure what I am doing. The are no signs of leaks only internal. Sounds like I need to rebuild the carb.
