‘07 Club Car Precedent
I just installed a Curtis 350 amp controller. Cart will not run at all. I can get the reverse back up signal, but cart electric motor will not engage.

Welcome to the forums.
That vehicle shows that car as factory with a 250A controller so you upgraded from the original one.
What is the model number of the Curtis controller ?
What is the measured battery voltage to the module ?
Is the solenoid closing ?

Did you get the correct controller for your cart/motor? What things have you diagnosed or checked so far?
The reverse beeper is the most basic and reliable electrical thing on the cart and is not connected with anything else electrical. So, you can totally screw-up the wiring elsewhere on the cart and the reverse beeper will still work.
