magneto briggs str

I have a problem with two little black whires : those whires come from a magneto from a 3.5 HP Briggss Stratton model number 91212 .They must go to a stopswitch on the throttle.
What should I do ??? I cannot stop the engine !!! .
Can i make a new switch?

One should go to the blade brake or throttle linkage to stop the engine. Do you have a safety bar that you release to stop the engine?
