Craftsman weed wacker

I can't my weed wacker started. I can't even pull the cord to turn the engine. I pulled the plug to check it and it looks OK. It was running for a while before I stopped it and tried to restart it.
Any ideas

thanks
Ken

Will the pull rope pull with the spark plug removed? If not, either your engine is siezed, or more likely, there is a snarl or jam in the starter mechanism.

Nope I tried to pull it after I got the spark plug off and no luck. I was thinking of taking off the pull rope but wasn't sure so I left it alone. My problem is the repair center is not close and my hours make t difficult to get to. I know I could probably fix it myself if I had a manual to reference.

Go to www.sears.com/partsdirect. There you can type in your model number and get an exploded view of your equipment. A very handy site! Let us know if we can help!
