What's the spark plug gap for .....

What's the spark plug gap for .....

Can someone please help me with the spark plug gaps for:
1) John Deere Weedwacker model BC1600
2) Excalibur 21cc model GHT220 hedge trimmer
and 3) Ariens 5hp self-propelled mower model 911016

Hello Nutandboltking!

I don't have manuals for all of this equipment, but the spark plug gap on all of it SHOULD be .030". I hope this helps.

Cheese is surely right......but if you want..

Easier solution and a cross check.

E-mail or call up Champion spark plug. Next to each plug listing they show the gap for that application.

They have virtually a corner on the small engine plug market, so I'd trust they are right .

Both of those companies are still in business, if you called them, I'm sure they would tell you. The Ariens probably has a Tecumseh engine on it, so you could e-mail or call them and they'd tell you too.

A couple of ways to skin the cat here....
