help on brakes

Hello,
I was reconnecting my rear brakes and set them and they was working fine then I took them back apart to make sure the return spring is around the bolt but when I took it back apart 2 little round long bearings fell out and I didn't know where they go so I left them out, now I have no brakes do the bearing go behind the brake disc to push it against the brake shoe or what I have a craftsmen mower and the brake pedal is on the left and the disk is on the right at the rear tire if some one can help I would greatly appreciate it alot thank's

Hello r78!

The two pins that fell out go between the brake lever and the outboard pad. Remove the brake, and remove the pad and look behind it...you will see two holes that these pins go into. Hope that helps.
