McCulloch weed trimmer fuel line problem

I have a Mcculloch FR56" clutch drive brush cutter/weed trimmer. It has given me great service for about 8 years. When I primed it the other day I noticed there was gas coming out where the fuel line enters the gas tanK (it is the fuel line that goes from the primer bulb to the tank.) What is the procedure for repairing a problem like this?

Hello Trotter!

Sounds like you just need to replace the fuel line. Take the old line off, take it to your local small engine repair shop, and get another piece the same size. Generally they just slip onto the connection at the primer, and push through the hole in the tank.

Hi Cheese,

That sounds simple enough.
