Eager-1 Carb

I have a Eager-1 Craftsman lawn mower that will not start I have a spark so my next step is to check the carb. What is the proper order to disassamble the lawn mover. 6.6 H.P- Model #917.377303

Hello fiddy dollars!

No need to disassemble the mower. Just remove the carburetor bowl and clean it out. The bowl screw that holds the carb bowl on has tiny holes in it. 2 oppose each other near the head of the screw, one is closer to the end of the screw, and one is down in the center. Make sure these are all cleared out well, and clean.

www.sears.com/partsdirect has a viewable diagram of your engine. Get the model# off the engine, not the mower, and type it in on the site and click "view diagram".
