Stihl lube?

Question on the type of grease to use in the gearbox and on the flex shaft of a stihl weed waker model FS 44.
It says on the gearbox use 0781 120 1117 and on the shaft 0781 120 1109.
As you can see the only diffrence is the last numbers.(found in the manual).
What kind of lube can I use can I use automotive stuff like I used back in the day when cars had zerk fittings? Thanks a million I have had this machine going on four years and never lubed it but I think it might be time

lubricant

one-piece housing.add lubricant so housing is 2/3 full with lithium-based grease. two-piece gear head should contain (1.35 oz) of SAE 90 gear lub. and flex shaft should be cleaned after every 20 hours and lub whit lithium grease.

Your Stihl dealer should have a "special" applicator to use for this with the grease installed. There is a special tip on the applicator which seals the opening tightly so that you are able to force the grease in place. You can also find these applicators at most chainsaw shops as well. Oregon has one, part number 40469-A.
