mower 24v battery WON'T START black&decker cmm1000
makes clicking noise when start lever is pushed
plastic "operation" key (must be in place before engine will start) will not insert fully however, it drops into place when start lever is pushed
"tension" bar (must be held or engine will not start or run) seems to work okay in conjunction with the start lever
battery is fully charged - green LED
please help

Hello kackee!
I am not familiar with that mower. Is it a U.S. model? Do you have a voltmeter? If so, check the power at the starter connection when trying to start. Post the results. How old is the battery? Even though the LED shows a full charge, a bad/weak battery is still possible.
