What kind of carb is this?

I have a snowblower with a 10hp Tecumsie engine. It's not running well and I think I need to do a carb cleaning. Most of the info I am finding describes two adjustment screws. I only see one. and next to it is something that looks like a pin with a collar and spring on it. If I push on that spring at all it moves and gas flows from it. Is anyone familiar with this?

Can you post the model and type number of your motor so we can check in some of our books.

The pin with the spring on it is a bowl drain. It is to drain old fuel/water out of the carb. The adjustment screw next to it is the high speed mixture screw. There should be a low speed mixture screw on the side of the carburetor.

I found the low speed mixture screw, adjusted it and the machine is running great now. Thanks a lot. I also tightened a fairly large bolt that runs through the muffler. It was very loose. I'm not sure it that would have helped things but it runs good so I'm happy.
