Wheel Horse Trailblazer 7

Picked up this machine last night from co-worker. Drove 1 1/2 hour each way to get it. Looks like somebody tried to start it with a hammer!! Carb is broken off at the block, fuel bowl is dented, throttle mech. is toast. It has a tec.h70 130024 9297 07166 on metal tag. What month and year was the motor made? What carb. numbers do I need? Need number for electric starter also. Has 4 phillip head screws in block for starter.
Numbers on wheel horse are 4 2651 661872. Year made? It only has 2 speeds, high and low. Has big bucket, rakes look good, tires are holding air and has chains also.
Do they still have/make parts for this mach? If not my second 70's Ariens will have a 7 h.p. instead of 3.5,(still looking for 3.5 h.p. tec. parts)
Sorry for being looooooog winded!!!
Thanks for reading and the responses.

First, the number series...9297 indicates the year but not the decade. 297th day of year 9. You'll have to determine the decade. I'd guess 1969 based on the 130024 spec#. The numbers you gave for the chassis do not show up on Toro's website, you'd have to consult a Toro dealer for identification. However, the first number of the serial typically indicates the year of manufacture, again, but not the decade. Which puts it at a '66 or '76 and furthermore does not coincide with the engine year...odd! As far as the parts you're looking for: Carburetor - 631793, $72.01; Speed control - 33108A, $28.50; Governor spring - 30826, $2.15; Governor link - 30824, $1.04; Electric starter - 33328D, $136.48. Check with your local Tecumseh dealer for these as well as a service manual.
