Handle issue - Craftsman 5.0 hp Snowthrower

When I try to push my snow thrower, the handle moves forward and the T-bolt which is used to tighten the handle gets loosened. Due to this, I could not move beyond couple of feets.

I even got new T-bolt from Sears thinking the thread lines got weakened. It is not working. Any ideas, what else can be done about it.

Thanks

I'm assuming you have a single stage snowthrower and that you should simply replace any hardware associated with the handle. Specifically, a bolt, a couple flat washers, a lock washer and a nut - typically 5/16" hardware - for each side. Unless you fold the handle, I'd do away with the wingnut set-up originally installed. If this does not seem to be a reasonable assumption, post back with the unit model#. I can then do a look-up and see better what you're up against.
