DR Brush Cutter

Anyone have any experience with the DR mower/Brush Cutter? Will they really handle 2 " saplings like they claim?

I've serviced them and we always try each job out before they leave my shop and in my opinion they do a decent job. Diameter of the sapplings will determine whether or not the machine will go through them or not. Inch to inch and a half, it should walk through them all day. Anything heavier and you need more horsepower and more importantly, more torque. This all depends on which model you choose of course. The larger 17 horse units can generally handle up to 2 1/2" stuff.
