mower wheel replacement

i have a honda harmony and the wheels are worn. universal wheel replacement won't work cause the inside of the cast aluminum wheel is toothed for the drive gears.

i just saw a site online that has just the rubber and not the whole wheel. this certainly would be cheaper than buying oem honda wheels, but i looked at my wheels it's doesn't look if the rubber part will come off.

since the rubber part is the only thing worn, i wonder if anyone has ever done this on a honda mower?

I've never done this but I do know that the older Toro's had a similar option but that there was a special tool to remove and replace if I recall correctly.
