The high speed mixture screw is the closest of the 2 to the air filter. Adjust this with engine at full throttle until it runs at the fastest RPM, then back it out just until the engine begins to flutter a tad. The low speed screw should be adjusted at idle to give you a smooth consistent idle with a bit of a putt putt sound in the exhaust. There's no exact setting of the screws to give you. The sound of the engine is what I go by.
