Question ryobi trimmer carb

I have a Ryobi weed whacker that is leaking gas when it sits. Itís not the fuel lines because I replaced those the end of last season. So doesn't that mean that the problem is the gasket/diaphragm? I called my parts store and they have the rebuild kit, but I just wanted to make sure I was right before putting my effort into it.

Could be the needle (also should be included in the set), or the fuel cap seal or vent, or the primer bulb as well.
