Trimmer Tiller Attachment Question

My lawn is about 40x40. I am considering getting one of the Tiller Attachments for my 4 cycle TroyBilt trimmer. I plan on killing my lawn, and tilling in a good mix of topsoil and compost. Will this attachment be able to till my lawn, or would it just be a waste of money?

TIA,

A neighbour has something like what your'e talking about. From seeing it work I don't think it has the power to turn over a formerly sodded area.
He uses his loosen up soil he has already tilled in the fall.
I have a patch of lawn I am working on and a 5 hp tiller has a tough go of it.

For possibly less than the cost of the attachment you could hire someone to do it for you.

I agree. It would take you 200+ hours to till a 40 x 40 area, even in sandy soil with dead grass. You need a full power garden tiller, a pair of gloves and a pitcher of ice tea.
